How do I get a quote?
Use the calendar at the bottom of this page to set up a Window and Door Consultation Phone Call.

During your call, we will review your project details with you and schedule your measurement appointment.

The Window Works Company sells windows and doors to homeowners in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs, North Carolina.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 pm.
Where are you located?
Our showroom and offices are located at 8111 Tryon Woods Drive in Cary, NC.
What are your payment policies?
A 50% deposit on the cost of all materials and installation labor is due at the time you place your order.

The balance is due upon completion of your installation or at the time you receive your materials if we are not performing installation.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal check.

The Window Works Company does not offer financing.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Windows and Doors are generally custom made. Manufacturers do not typically accept returns on these items.

At Window Works Co. all sales are final. We do not accept returns on windows or doors. Customers should thoroughly review details of their order prior to signing and approving orders.

Do you offer a warranty?
Product warranties will vary depending on the manufacturer. We can review warranty details with you when you place your order.

We offer a two year labor warranty on items that we have installed.

Do you have minimums?
Yes.

Currently, our policy is that orders containing windows must include at least 5 windows.

Orders containing doors must include at least 3 doors.

Can you repair broken windows or doors?
We offer installation of new and replacement windows and doors. We do not repair damaged windows or doors.
Will you install products that I didn't buy from you?
At the Window Works Company, we only install windows and doors that our customers have purchased directly through us.
There is moisture between in the glass of my windows or doors. Does this mean they are broken?
Double pane glass is sealed with a spacer bar. Seeing moisture and fog between the glass is a signal that the seal has failed, and that air is trapped between the panes of glass.

A glazier is a professional who can repair and replace the glass. In most cases, you do not need to replace the window or door because there is fog or moisture between the panes of glass.  The Window Works Co. does not offer glazing services.

The glass in my window or door is broken. Can you fix this?
In most cases a glazier can repair broken glass, and you do not need to replace the window or door. The Window Works Co.
does not offer glazing services.
Do you provide quotes for sellers agents/realtors?
No. We will happily provide a quote for the new homeowners once they have purchased the property.
