Had a great experience with an entire house window replacement, approximately 25 windows removed and replaced with Anderson 400 Series Woodwright windows. Owners Jeff and his son Justin took the time to detail all aspects of the job including options, cost, timeframe etc. The installation crew led by foreman Will were top notch carpenters who are masters at their craft. I highly recommend Window Works Co. I learned of the company when admiring windows/doors of friends from church who had multiple doors and windows installed by Window Works and they recommended Window Works. While only purchasing 1 door and window, Jeff, the owner, spent significant time in the shop with my wife and me explaining different window and door options and seeking to understand just what we were looking for. Throughout the ordering and delivery process Jeff, his son Justin, and Lindsay in customer service/finance, were responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Jeff, although not expected, delivered my door when it arrived. When there was a math mistake in the bill summarizing the total cost, when the store was actually owed more due to a tax miscalculation, they incurred the difference at a loss, honoring the original invoice. The doors and windows they carry are of high quality. We ordered a DSA Alexandria mahogany front door which our contractor installed and stained and an Anderson window with simulated divided light.
