Window Works Coverage
2-Year Professional Installation Guarantee
At Window Works, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Our installation workmanship is warrantied to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of installation.
What this covers: This is a guarantee against installation defects (labor).
How it works: This is separate from your manufacturer warranty, which covers the product itself.
Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to properly maintain the work.
Damage caused by conditions beyond our control (Acts of God: floods, lightning, etc; war; civil unrest; or governmental regulations).
Any changes or modifications made to the products or work by anyone other than Window Works’ authorized representatives.
Note: This warranty becomes null and void if modifications are made without our prior written consent.
Removal and/or reinstallation costs due to a manufacturer defect.
Timeline: Claims must be submitted in writing to Window Works within 30 days of the defect becoming apparent.
Resolution: If replacement products are required, they will be new and of the same (or equivalent) type, quality, and function.
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable. It becomes void if ownership of the property is transferred to another party before the 2-year expiration.
