We sell and install windows and doors to homeowners in Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Raleigh & Wake Forest North Carolina. To see a full list, visit our Service Areas page.

Product warranties will vary depending on the manufacturer. We can review warranty details with you when you place your order.

 

We offer a two year labor warranty on items that we have installed.

We offer installation of new and replacement windows and doors. We do not repair damaged windows or doors.
In most cases a glazier can repair broken glass, and you do not need to replace the window or door. The Window Works Co.
does not offer glazing services.
No. We will happily provide a quote for the new homeowners once they have purchased the property.

Our showroom and offices are located at 8111 Tryon Woods Dr #205, Cary, NC 27518.

 

The Window Works Co. holds a Limited Residential General Contracting License with the State of North Carolina (License #104536).

This license allows Window Works Co. to oversee construction projects up to a cost of $750,000. in the state of North Carolina.

Windows and Doors are generally custom made. Manufacturers do not typically accept returns on these items.


At Window Works Co. all sales are final. We do not accept returns on windows or doors. Customers should thoroughly review details of their order prior to signing and approving orders.

Other Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and personal checks.


Our Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is due when you place your order.

  • Balance: The remaining balance is due upon completion of your installation.

We offer in-home consultations Monday – Thursday from 10:00am – 6:30pm and on Fridays from 10:00am – 5:00pm.
 
Our showroom in Cary is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 pm.

Currently, our policy is that orders containing windows must include at least 5 windows.
 
Orders containing doors must include at least 3 doors.
 

At the Window Works Co., we only install windows and doors that our customers have purchased directly through us.

Double pane glass is sealed with a spacer bar. Seeing moisture and fog between the glass is a signal that the seal has failed, and that air is trapped between the panes of glass.

 

A glazier is a professional who can repair and replace the glass. In most cases, you do not need to replace the window or door because there is fog or moisture between the panes of glass.  The Window Works Co. does not offer glazing services.
